Shipping and Delivery
At Tasseti, our top priority is to make each member of our community confident and satisfied with our collections of jewelry and services. Moreover, we are proud to announce that our team is working hard on improving the logistics channels and this year we are looking forward to significantly reduce the shipping time!
Currently, we successfully established valuable partnerships with several manufacturers from Asia in order to bring more value to our community. For that reason, our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers across this continent.
Therefore, the delivery time will depend on your exact location. Most orders leave our facilities within 1 or 5 days (mostly within 1-2 days). However, sometimes in peak seasons, processing can take up to 5 business days. See the chart below for estimated delivery time to your country.

How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our North American warehouses are shipped through USPS. Packages from our warehouse in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
